Dr Webb – Elected Queenslands Representative on ADA

We would like to offer our Practice Principal, Dr Martin Webb a hearty (if somewhat belated) congratulations on his election as one of only two representatives for Queensland sitting on the Federal Council for the ADA.

The ADA (Australian Dental Association) is the main organisation for Dentists in Australia. The ADA aims to promote the art and science of dentistry.  In doing so it promotes the health and wellbeing of the public.

Membership is voluntary, however over 90% of dentists currently hold membership.  Membership in ADA implies an obligation to practice dentistry to the high standards laid down by the Association.

Martin has routinely spent is RDO’s over the past year flying back and forth to Sydney to ensure that Queensland Dentists are fairly represented in policy decisions. He also offers his years of knowledge in both a clinical capacity and his long involvement in the politics of dentistry. He hopes to introduce different perspectives to the vast array of topics which this busy and productive Association tackles in it’s busy calendar.
