Dr Laura Gubbins – Dentist
Laura obtained her Bachelor of Dental Science from Trinity College in Dublin, graduating in 2002.
Joining the Banksia House Dental team in 2021, Laura has strived to ensure patients are cared for in a kind, compassionate and gentle manner. Her beautiful lilting accent is instantly reassuring. She makes it her mission to provide her patients with the best possible dental solutions for each persons unique circumstances.
Her patients absolutely love her. Laura doesn’t have happy patients… she has raving fans!
Since graduating, Laura has continued to participate in professional development courses in order to provide her patients with the best possible ongoing care.
When she isn’t busy treating patients (or eating her body weight in muffins! Shhh don’t tell anyone!), Laura enjoys yoga and Pilates. Laura also loves walking and has completed a 900km walk in Spain – the Camino de Santiago. Recently Laura has walked from Rainbow Beach to Noosa – the Cooloola Great Sandy Walk (very sandy as it turns out!). She also ticked off the Cradle Mountain walk in Tassie.
From January 2024, Laura days are moving to alternate Mondays and every Thursday to look after your every dental need.
